"99.999 percent of the time I get my blood drawn at this facility it always goes well. People are nice and make you free comfortable. It hardly ever hurts when they stick that needle in your arm, seriously. Thats why I try and go to them when I need a lab test."
"If given the opportunity, go to State Street location - much faster. Bldg A 1st Floor: This location has a different computer system and the process they follow is archaic. They look up and find the order - then have to manually Re-enter the order. It causes a very long line/wait. 20 min in line, 20 min at registration window, 4 people ahead of us in lobby. Total appt 1 hour. Very painful blood draw. Bldg C 4 th floor also has a lab but the line is typically long due to oncology and OBGYN clinic patients. Edit 5 hrs later: Changed the 2 Star Review to 1 Star because they failed to “spin” the blood and had to go back and do it again since they failed to process the specimen. This time went to the State Street location."
