"Do NOT agree to 5 pm or later appt w PT as soccer apparently prevails of course! . I went today and all streets were closed and when I finally made it to clinic, Providence security guard said no valet services available today at 5 pm d/t soccer. I was never notified and no parking anywhere. Annoyed"
"This place really is IN providence park! Amazing view of the field from the waiting room, I was in awe. The PT i saw was so kind and knowledgeable and extremely understanding of my limitations with my disability and what i was able to do and not do. They have so many cool varieties of PT including hydrotherapy. Best PT place ive ever been"
"Parking is very limited but they have free valet parking for patients. Also, be aware that if your navigation tells you to take 18th Street heading towards Burnside, you'll be in the wrong side of the street to use the valet. Instead you'll either need to make a u-turn or take 20th to Morrison to 18th so you end up on the correct side of the street. The only place to stop or pull over on that block is directly in front of their entrance. Other than that, I've been a patient at other Providence PT locations and this is by far my favorite. The staff at all locations are always great, but there's something special about being at this location. Maybe it's the view of the soccer field, the life size cutout of Timber Joey greeting you as you head downstairs, or having therapists who love being downtown as much as I do. I don't know what makes this place so wonderful, but if you're a new PT patient trying to decide which location to go to, do consider this one. If you live in the suburbs and are not a fan of driving downtown, I get it. It can be a stressful hassle. Driving in this part of downtown, however, is easier than many other nearby areas - the streets are wider, traffic is less crazy, and you don't have to worry about parking and/or walking a long distance to get there. In fact, if mobility is an issue, this may be the easiest location to use because with free valet parking it's the shortest walk from car to clinic."
"Dr Brown and her staff are amazing. There is not enough praise for every single person we dealt with at least twice a week for months on end. They are simply the best at what they do. Even the valet is great. I can not thank them enough for helping my child recover from a devestating concussion. Thank you Dr Brown, Kate and Liz."
"This place rocks! Valet parking? Yes please. Killer view of the stadium during the (very short) wait. Doctor Chris Nelson was great. Cool, down-to-earth guy. Was like talking to one of the bros. Which helps when you're getting poked in the knee by a big needle (man up! It wasn't that bad at all). He was very helpful and prompt as well. Gonna pick this place in the future if needed. Wish me luck :)"
