"The staff is really nice and friendly, but that doesn't make up for all the things that went wrong during the 3 months I went there for TMS. Scheduling appointments was a nightmare, I literally had to drive there in person to schedule appointments once, because I'd been calling for days and no one picked up or returned my phone calls. I was also asked to send messages through the app, but no one ever responded to me. After my initial appointment, they had the front desk receptionist do my TMS appointments for the first week or so. I'm not sure if it's legal or not, but it's sketchy. Then, I was misinformed by the staff about some things. The only reason I'm not giving this practice one star is because the people working there are really nice."

"The prescriber I have now is empathetic, understanding and actually cares. I cant say the same about any other employee at Bestmind because my experience has been very poor outside of my prescriber sessions. Long wait times for communication about prescriptions or general care, which should be treated with urgency. My experience has made me feel like an inconvenience for Bestmind. Megan in the customer support team is particularly nasty, watch out!"

"Great place with wonderful people! I did 36 sessions of TMS therapy for treatment depression here, everybody was absolutely fantastic whether it was Stacy, Peter, Nick, Jade, Laura, John or Megan. They all were extremely kind, caring, patient, supportive & understanding, all great at their jobs. These are the kind of people you want to have around you during tough times. I hope to return here in the future, but for better reasons other than for mental health struggles."

"The staff at BestMind Behavioral Health always gave me fast and courteous service. My appointments always started on schedule (unless I was late) and proceeded without any major complications. The office space was clean, organized, and comfortable. Furthermore, they continuously checked to make sure that I was comfortable throughout my treatments. I only have a few, relatively minor criticisms. The biggest issue concerns the intake appointment. It was a bit awkward because it was with a different person than the one I was scheduled to see. That gave me some initial pause and reservations. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone looking for more contemporary treatments to behavioral health issues."
