"AVOID this business as they truly are unethical and unprofessional. When I first called, the owner Allison was super nice, wanting to help us clean up the mess our last accountant created, and now, she has made a similar mess, screwing us over just 5 days before our 1099s are due. We hired her under specific terms and slowly, she started sending me bills for things we never agreed on. If you want to talk to their CPA (random guy that she hires to help her) then you have to pay for literally every single question. Before she had even started my account she also asked me to vouch for her as a reference. Why would I do that when I have never even worked with you? And, where are all of your other clients to do that? Clearly, she either has none OR she screwed them all over too. I already had planned on replacing her this year because they were super unprofessional so often and not reliable at all. We had to also remind them of important dates, despite them being the ones responsible for it. Long story short- they are a terrible business and they will leave you with more problems than they are worth. Hire someone more professional and that knows how to run an accounting firm, Allison does not."
