"I have always been very happy with the Dr Waddick, I feel heard and feel like he cares. Tisha is an amazing human!"
"We recently moved to Milwaukie from Northern California and are very happy with the health care at Providence providers. Dr. Bizub and the staff at this clinic were very professional and listened to my husband’s concerns. They made a prompt referral and Ordered tests immediately. Dr. Osborn consulted with us on the spot. We plan to stay with Dr. Bizub until he completes his residency. Good medical assistant and phlebotomist, too. All around good experience."
"I came here to speak to a psychologist which took almost two months for my kid who has some issues and the only thing she wanted to know was how we came here to the us- yes I’m Mexican. That was just rude and unnecessary! Why do you need to know how I came to the United States!?!?! Or my immigrant status. That was just plain racism!!!! Or how did I get over the wall?!?! Plus the fat white lady in the front desk is just straight up sassy and rude even though she is new and doesn’t know how to do her job correctly. It’s just stressful dealing with her in the mornings. I feel bad for her coworkers and myself. And also, the psychologist didn’t help squat and probably gets payed doing nothing."
"I had one bad experience with a provider here, so I switched that up. Since then, I have found a great place to get health care. I am a strong believer in advocating for yourself, and that Drs work for us. If you don't like the way you were spoken to, treated or not treated, it's ok to ask for a new provider. Melissa Hemphill is great, as is Katherine Cobb. The medical assistants are kind and compassionate, and the lab nurse is amazing."
"Do not go to this clinic unless you have no other option. They tout this as a "teaching clinic" for med students fresh out of school, but do you know what that means? You'll have to see student doctors who are complete incompetent, don't look back at your medical history they have, don't listen to you, and are dismissive. I went to this clinic for over 2 years. I went in today with some serious pain and concerns and was dismissed by a young doctor and told to "drink water and take advil" as if that's not something I am already doing as a disabled person with chronic pain. Also told me to "try a heating pad". I had to pay a $45 co-pay also when I have already reached my in and out of pocket maximums due to a surgery earlier in the year. Completely inept, garbage, joke of a doctor's office. Now I have to wait 3 months to get in with a different PCP at a different providence location. Do not wait your breath, time, energy, or money at this place."
