"Be aware. This place is 'a facility' holding an independent NPI from Providence Medical Group even though it's under the logo of "Providence Health & Service'. Highly misleading! You will be charged for the 'out patient hospital' fee on top of office visit cost to the specialists belong to this place. I have never imagined and expected that my OFFICE VISIT to the specialist turned out to be the one "OUT PATIENT HOSPITAL' visit. Gratefully after speaking with multiple people in the billing department and office staffs including the office manager, they honored my complaint that the unexpected fact should have been more clearly stated/explained to me at the time of new patient scheduling, and provided a courtesy write-off of my portion of the financial responsibility. They said it is indicated some where on the new patient paper work and somewhere in their office which normally doesn't catch people's attention. Even though so, I believe not very many people would understand how it affects them. The rest of my experience was as expected like other medical office visits."

"I have to revise my review. I have been in pain, with chronic fevers, and profound fatigue in fits and flares for over two years. I was referred to the PAC earlier this year. And I must say the experience I shared was couched in pain, grief, fear, and anxiety not to mention frustration and a long history of walking away feeling dismissed or crazy. I took that out on Dr. Lee. He was patient with me, he listened and when I shared my track record of running circles within the health care system, he really heard me. He really took time with me. He still cannot give me a diagnosis but he is actually helping me manage symptoms, made me stop and accept the referral to an Immunologist and is really dedicated to helping me feel better. I wish in all the effort to try to please me - that someone could have felt brave enough to level with me about the challenges of asking to switch providers and what that looks like. When you are new to rheumatology, it is a freaking long haul. I don't think they can quite articulate how long of a haul it is. How hard it is to diagnose these autoimmune conditions early on. And how many rules there really are and that they are there to protect us from treating the wrong thing. Dr. Lee is amazing and I was a wreck when I wrote a horrible review. I am grateful to have his care.So grateful."
