"Never doing business here again! They have 2 locations, Beaverton and Portland. We usually get our tax done at the Portland office. Called Beaverton location since the Portland office didn’t answer their phone. I inquired about a general question pertaining to electric vehicle tax credit of $7,500. I simply ask what strategies are there to utilize this benefit. The lady answered and said that depends on the vehicle and your tax situation which I already explained to her the type of electric vehicle and my annual taxes. Have been going to the Portland office for many years. Apparently the husband works out of Portland and the wife in Beaverton. Lady refused to answer my questions and defer me to the Portland office. She was so rude and disrespectful telling me that if I already know the answer then why am I still calling her for. You are a professional tax preparer that I’ve hired and should be available to answer my concerns and provide different scenario advices!! It’s not rocket science, I have told you what my general tax situation is therefore you should be able to provide me some general guidance. Must be stupidity. Without people like me paying you to do our taxes, you would be out of business. After 6 years, I’m going somewhere else. Such arrogant people."

"She made a huge error in our tax last year. Now we cannot file tax because we have to wait and correct our last years tax..it is delaying everything. Her office is a mess, paperworks everywhere. Will not recommend her to anybody"

"I was referred to Linda by my grandmother. I used her for 3 years I believe. Back in 2020 she made a typing error mistake on my taxes and I was the one who ended up finding the error after reviewing my W2 forms and comparing it to her tax return paperwork she gave me. She entered an extra number and claimed excess social security. I now owe the IRS $4600. I will never use Linda again or refer her. This has been a nightmare to deal with for 2 years. When I called Linda to discuss everything back when it first happened she couldn’t even apologize for her mistake."

"My wife likes this tax lady, she’s okay I guess, she’s nice enough, but my last tax lady always had a clean desk where only my paperwork was on her desk which makes me feel more comfortable, but here my paperwork gets put on top of the mess of papers on her desk and I get afraid some receipts will get lost. I don’t think any have, I just feel I deserve as a paying customer to have her desk completely dedicated to me during my yearly appointment."
