"Dr. Braeden has been helping take care of my husband's complex sleep problems for years. He sleep walks, talks, eats, acts out dreams, all kinds of behavior that are dangerous when he's out wandering. Dr. Braeden takes so much time to listen and explain what is happening and why, we feel really comfortable with what her plans are for treatments. Thanks to her help, hubby's sleep issues are much better controlled and I sleep better at night as well! Highly recommend."
"They lied about the severity of my OSA to convince me to keep on using a Philips Respironics CPAP that was under recall for killing people in their sleep and increasing a user's risk for cancer, all so I keep on buying the necessary replacement parts. This clinic and its providers should be investigated for receiving kickbacks from Philips Respironics. Edit after owner response: The first few sentences were not my experience so I did not read the rest of the response. I contacted my therapist at Pacific Sleep Program about the recall on the CPAP device I was using. I did not receive any messaging from my therapist or this clinic about the recall until I reached out. Either the thorough review by my therapist and conclusion to keep on using the recalled CPAP device was a major mistake which could result in injury to me -or- Dr. Radhika S. Breaden is not a competent provider and should not cover for others in your office."
"What a phenomenal experience with this clinic. I worked with Dr. Kim is very thorough, kind, professional, and informative. She is personable and a great communicator. She supported her suggestions with studies, research, personal and professional experience, and is clearly passionate about what she does. The sleep test wasn't my favorite thing to go through (that would be true anywhere), but the technician I worked with that extremely experienced and made it as comfortable an experience as possible. I'm already sleeping better and am so grateful for the expertise of this clinic."
"I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Breaden, and I can confidently say that my experience exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Breaden is a true professional and expert in sleep medicine, and she exudes a clear desire to improve to improve her patients' quality of life. The support staff at Pacific Sleep Program are also top-notch, responsive, and effective. Dr. Breaden took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly understand my sleep patterns and issues. She explained complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring I fully grasped the underlying issues affecting my sleep. Dr. Breaden developed a personalized treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs, which I found to be both comprehensive and effective. Since following Dr. Breaden's advice and treatment plan with CPAP, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my sleep quality and overall well-being. I am now waking up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and my blood pressure has significantly dropped. CPAP is the real deal! If you're in search of a sleep doctor and sleep practice that genuinely strives for excellence in patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Breaden and Pacific Sleep Program."
"I have been a patient of Pacific Sleep for over 10 years. Last week I went to the Astoria office. The woman I had an appointment with was prepared by printing out my previous 3 months results in Dream Mapper so she could tell me how well I was doing. I told her I was interested in my sleep over the last month, possibly two. I was and am having multiple disconnects and apnea related issues that I have not before. She was not able to answer my questions so left the room to call her supervisor. She returned with the supervisor in the phone. I felt neither of them were listening to me or knew about my history. After spending nearly 45 minutes at their office and getting no help with my sleep problem I walked out and said I was done. Today I got a letter from the Portland office from a medical assistant who serves as their manager. I have never heard of her before. She told me β. . . to inform you that I am withdrawing from further professional care as your physician.β If you go there be careful. It seems to me that they are more concerned about their staff than they are about their patients."
