"I want to say that for many years Tabor did a great job with my taxes and book keeping. Friendly people that seem to care about you. My complaint now however comes from some bad communication and now my taxes most likely will be late due to it. This stems from the old "can" telephone game. My taxes were supposedly being worked on via word from my bookkeeper, but they were not. The follow up response from them was also enough for me to now take my business elsewhere."

"Edit: Mark reached out after reading my review and explained that the employee I'd emailed had up and left. They still could have been more on top of our communication originally but I appreciate him contacting me and making an effort to resolve things, so I've changed my rating to 3 starts instead of 2. I had a meeting with Bruce, during which he was very helpful. But after sending him all my financial documents and info it took several weeks to hear back, and only then from his secretary. I responded to her email and asked a few clarifying questions, to which I never received a response."
