"I do not recommend going to Andrea. Our first initial phone call consisted of a nice conversation about making a FREE consultation 2 days later. She was flexible with time and worked well with us... at first. During our FREE consult appointment, she was kind and informative. After our appointment, we decided that we would explore other options, I expressed that to Andrea kindly and professionally. She did not accept our rejection professionally at all. When I reached out to her about collecting my files, the day after our (first and last) appointment, she got upset and said that we would be charged $250 for a consultation that was supposed to be “FREE and that she did that for all of her first time clients”. Her words not mine. I am truly disappointed with the lack of professionalism Andrea expressed towards my husband and I. We tried to apologize if she felt like we had wasted her time and she slammed the door in my face when I tried to explain nicely why we were choosing to see out other accountants. She didn’t care and sarcastically said “good luck with that” and slammed the door in my face. I am just placing this review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else and to provide caution when looking into working with On-Time Accounting."
