"Every aspect of work, after the misfortune of a partially flooded basement, from removing my belongings and placing them in storage containers to the demolition and drying afterward by Rainbow has been professional and efficient. Everyone I have talked with on the phone, especially Matt, has been informative and courteous. Those working on site including Jake, Kyle, TJ, Roamy, Mallory, and Nick, have been extremely compassionate and hard working. "We had a water line break inside our wall while on vacation that caused serious sheetrock and flooring damage. Contacted Rainbow of Salem and they were there the next day setting up drying equipment and helped me tear out water damaged material prior to mold growth. The Management team walked me through the process of putting in an insurance claim and dealt with my "need" to be (overly) involved in all aspects of the repair. I found the entire team to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional all while under pressure to perform "under the microscope" of a concerned customer."
"Horrible business practices, not an honest company. Came in to mitigate damages on my home after I filed a homeowners claim. They showed up on 2/28/23, they came in and looked at the damages, told me they would be back likely the next day or two to set up and that they could then schedule repairs shortly after and get started. The fans and dehumidifiers didn't come for I think another week, then the repairs never started. I was told they had to schedule me out a week or two, then the delays just kept happening. I was told they were going to get a pod at my house so they could at least start moving items out while the adjuster was reviewing the estimate they sent over. I asked repeatedly for their estimate of repairs they sent the adjuster and never once received one. I went to their preferred flooring vendor and picked out my flooring. I got very excited about it and was all ready to go. again the next week was told they were working on scheduling and getting a pod at my house. I was told Friday 3/24 they were meeting with the flooring company Tuesday and having a call with my adjuster that day and would call me....they didn't. the next day they emailed me, told me they could not work with me because my insurance told them I HAD to work with a preferred vendor which is absolutely false. So now a month later after they told me I could work with them (which I can, I've been paid out on my claim, I am like anyone walking in on the street) they say they cannot do the repairs because of a lie they are giving. I tried to explain to them that I am just a person off the street and they continue to lie. They are a distrustful dishonest company and I would never recommend them to anyone. They also left equipment behind and can't keep track of damaged items they remove from your home for repair, telling me they never took it until I went to my house to show them it was gone and showed them the texts they sent telling me they were taking it!!!"
