"Today I went in with my paid Groupon for Botox. And I was asked to pay more to use my Groupon. This was never happened to me before using Groupon. The assistant, Karen, told me that I have to pay the Groupon list price difference to use this Groupon. The reason is that she asked Groupon to change the price but Groupon has not changed it, so she asked me to pay more to use this Groupon! I was so mad that I have talked to her so many times to schedule an appointment and she didn't mention it until I stepped into the office. If I knew this I would cancel the Groupon and get a refund! Please be aware of this! I am also contacting Groupon for this matter!"

"I don't get massages that often, 2-4 times a year. Before I discovered this place, I'd just find the next practitioner with a good deal. Since a couple of years pre-COVID, I've stuck with this place. This is the second massage therapist in those years and both have been amazing. Just the right intensity.
