She is professional and very warm at the same time—who knew empathy is important in healing?—and she is kind, patient & persistent in her support for me making the lifestyle changes I need to improve my health, even when I'm a little stubborn. Reaching out to seek care (especially naturopathic care, which I had never experienced before) was a big step for me, but having a relationship with a doctor who truly wants the best for me and has a variety of tools at their disposal to help has been wonderful. "Dr. Yates is the first Doctor in 12 years who is willing to help me get to the bottom of my health issues. I’ve seen multiple Doctors and while I still don’t have a diagnosis I’ll at least getting some very specific tests others were unwilling to get. Every other doctor got my labs, did through food allergy and other tests but I continued to get viruses and infections. Don’t accept “you’re fine” if you still aren’t okay. Go to Doctor Yates and get real answers to heal up."
