"I’ve been trying to get scheduled for weeks now. My doc in Gresham is leaving the clinic, so we decided it was time to move care over to where we now live. Called this clinic (the one my old doc recommended) was told they would have to call me back to schedule the appt…okay fine but I work FT, they called, big surprise…I missed the call. The lady (Nancy) told me to call back and schedule so I did. I spoke to Heather who told me she couldn’t schedule me bc she had to verify with her manager that my doc was actually leaving. She said they aren’t taking clinic to clinic transfers (keep in mind, my mom just got scheduled here…I care for my mom and having our doc be at the same clinic is easiest for us…she doesn’t work and she was able to catch their call). Heather was demeaning and rude, she couldn’t tell me when I might hear back from them, it’s now Friday 3 days later and I still haven’t heard back. All I got was “we’re doing the best we can, we have a lot of people to cal”. Yes…that’s your job, and I am patient and understanding of that, however, I also have medications that I am going to need refilled before too long and not being able to even schedule the first appt is rather frustrating. So, I’m not sure what to do from here. Maybe someone will see this and reach out. I’m usually all about giving good reviews, but this has been an absolute nightmare…"

"I have been a patient at Legacy medical group on Cornell for over a year. I was first established with Dr. Wilson. When she left the group, I was given the choice to be transferred to one of the other two Doctors. I chose Dr Bhat. Dr Bhat is very thorough during his assessment. His PA is Sachell. He is as thorough as Dr Bhat. Drs are available to him if he needs to consult regarding patient care. I have had wonderful care by this group. Everyone is friendly, caring, thorough, informative, professional, and I have never been rushed through an appointment. They listened to my concerns, and there has always been a clear treatment plan before leaving the office. I recently had a medical event during the night. I called the office the next morning and explained what had happened. I was contacted by a staff member shortly after my initial call asking me to come in to see Dr Bhat that day. l am grateful to have found this group after moving here from Las Vegas. All medical groups/hospitals should be treating their patients as well as I have been treated. Thank you all for being the awesome team that you are."

"If it was possible to leave a zero star review, I absolutely would. Waited six months to start care at this facility then the doctor leaves after three months.They do not assign you to another doctor in the clinic they just leave you to fend for yourself!! They way they have treated their patients should be illegal. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC !! Left with no Dr and having to use urgent care or the emergency room for prescription refills. Absolutely unacceptable!! Protect yourself and go somewhere else."

"My experience with legacy has been far more positive than any interaction I've had with Providence. With the exception to St. Vincent medical center which is Providence but a will run hospital, they are good. back to legacy, being diagnosed with cancer, legacy came to bat and assisted me in making sure that I got the best of care. I am extremely happy with all of the receptionists. They are always friendly, caring, and give me a great deal of sense that they genuinely care about me. You don't find that in most medical establishments. In my opinion, legacy is one of the best in the area."

"If you're transgender and particularly if you're nonbinary, AVOID AVOID AVOID. You will be refused care on the basis that they "don't have experience" and should you dare to be unhappy about it, you'll be told to leave."
