"I had them fix a man lift and a forklift " mobile repair" at the same time. Man lift went good , that's why they got one star , but not the forklift. Tech forgot parts twice but I still got charge for travel time. I had a full service done but they didn't change hydraulics filter ,kept forgetting to grab it , I checked hydraulic oil right after they finished and it wasn't touching the dip stick ! Steering wasn't greased .They replaced the starter and one week later it is doing the same thing as before and won't turn over, and yes the battery is good. They also didn't change the air filter after I asked them to, tech said "he forgot to get one but that one was OK " I won't be back, for the amount of money they charged I could almost replace the old forklift and it still won't start"
"We were charged 16.5 hours for a problem which should have been solved in half that time. Technician was here total of 7 hours we were told it was 12 and then we were charged one hundred twenty dollars an hour for the mechanic to PICK UP PARTS. I guess they don't stock parts and they don't have enough billable hours so they resort to the most expensive way to service a former long time customer."
