"They are more worried about their paperwork than actually treating their patients. Any doctor that puts emphasis on paperwork over care is not a doctor I truly want to see anyway!! Based on the reviews I read here I now feel I have dodged a major bullet. I will be asking for a referral from my primary care to somebody with a better reputation than Umpqua orthopedics."

"3 months in X-ray, CT scan even an ultrasound they scheduled MRI but claim they didn't. They found nothing but wanted to do surgery anyway. MONEY HUNGRY The only kind soul in the building is the sweet older lady doing images in the back."

"I would not recommend this place. I was referred here to get bilateral carpal tunnel surgery. After the surgery they saw me regularly to see how I was doing, however, after 3 months of no improvement (recovery was only to take 2 weeks to 2 months) my wrists were not doing any better and continued to get worse. They told me they would not see or help me again, and refused to fill out and send my short term disability any paperwork they requested/required. They had also double billed me for the surgery, and “could not help me” with this mix up. More than a year later and my wrists are worse than they were prior to surgery. I am attempting to schedule an appointment with the VA because the specialists in Eugene and Portland said there was nothing they could do. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could."

"My 3 year old son recently broke his clavicle. They were able to get him in last minute, and the wait time in the office was minimal. At our follow up appointment 3 weeks later the Xray staff were so kind, and friendly with him. They made him feel comfortable when he was nervous. The PA who reviewed his X-ray and checked for range of motion was so kind and fun for my son. Overall, great experience."
