"It feels very scammey. I recieved a notice saying I hadn't submitted a change of address and I had 30 days to do so or my entire retirement account would be fofeited!! Update: I changed my address and recieved a new letter from them saying my address isn't recognized by the USPS and my account will be forfeited. AND Oregon Saves has a mailing address in Pittsburgh. I shouldn't have to keep checking in to make sure the people watching my money aren't stealing it. I think I will cash out or rollover before it gets "forfeited.""

"Customer service is horrible. I’ve been trying to withdraw funds for a couple months and have had no luck. I’ve mailed and faxed paperwork and called multiple times. Each customer service representative has a different “solution” which has not worked out. I’m still waiting for my check to be mailed to me, but assume I will have to call again for a status update after 2 weeks of not hearing anything. Highly recommend using another service. I am stopping all contributions to this program."

"When it first began it was very easy for employers to sign up and for employees to begin to save Now it takes 45-60 days just to get a code in order to sign up your business. They should never have changed administrators and what's the deal with not having it administered in the State of Oregon? Who thought sending business out of the State was a good idea?"

"I can speak from my own experience over the past four years. They are responsive to inquiries, the website is easy to access. Every interaction I have had with this group has been more than positive. My money has been growing and they seem to be accurate in their accounting practices. My employer switched and I plan to keep my Roth IRA with OregonSaves as an additional retirement fund. DIversify."

"Confusing operation with little to no guidance and overly irritated customer service specialists . Seems to be a massive burden to small businesses who do not have large compliance teams. Does not sync with many prominent payroll companies making it a further burden to manually input each employees withholdings for every pay period. As a result of this, we are having to switch our pay periods."
