"Our heat stopped working 2 weeks after we brought our new baby home, Ben’s whole company made us feel like top priority when it came to fixing our heat. They delivered space heaters 2 separate times and came out right away when I called with issues. Ended up having to replace our whole furnace, but they tried to trouble shoot twice before that. Joe was the one to do the initial inspections, he was super respectful and kind! Keith gave us our estimate and was also extremely respectful, kind and personable. "I’m absolutely impressed with this company. The dispatch man was very polite, and so was the tech who came to perform the work. The tech wore covers over his shoes and walked with me to every room to become acquainted with the home before his inspection. He answered all of my questions regarding how to operate the furnace system and air conditioner, what kind of maintenance I should perform, etc. He also pointed out to me that their records showed the ducts in the home had been recently cleaned, and it was not necessary for me to pay to have them cleaned again. I feel I got excellent service from someone who really understands the system well. These guys are very professional and skilled, I am pleased to have them working with me."

"They have no idea what they’re doing. There are air leaks on all the ducts they touched. They can’t even cut zip ties flush. They left my gas line loose and flopping around. There are exposed wires. My heat pump isn’t on stable ground. They left my crawl space open. I had another company come out and look at what they told me was I should of hired professionals. I would never recommend them to anyone."
