"Very friendly and compassionate. You were looked and spoken to as a person, not a wallet (hope that makes sense). They were finished in a few days. I like that they leave the clay paw print unbaked so you can customize it however you like and to avoid any misspelling. They even called me letting me know that he'd be in my general area and wanted to know if I would like to meet to pickup the ashes which definitely saved me time and money. This is a good business with good people. My precious cat passed away and everywhere was closed except them. It was about an hour drive but well worth the trip. By the way, I should probably mention to not go by Google maps to find it because you'll probably end up confused so just go by the owner's directions, it's just off the main road."

"Our sweet Great Dane passed unexpectedly the other evening. Our vet's office was closed, so we ended up Googling "Pet cremation" near us. We happened upon Precious Pets Crematory in Amity. They were the closest, so we gave them a call (not really knowing anything about them). They answered the phone right away, and took time answering all of our questions.... and they could come to our house right away to pick up our sweet boy. When they arrived... let me tell you; they were the kindest, most caring people. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and were so gentle with taking him into their care. They delivered his ashes (in a beautiful wood urn) to our house a few days later. They truly made this very sad and difficult situation as easy as possible for us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness at a very emotional time. Losing a pet can be so hard... I highly recommend Precious Pet Crematory if you should find yourself in this situation. I cannot thank them enough for the warmth and care they extended to us."

"Precious Pets cremated my boy, Jazz, a week ago. He was back at the vet's within a day, but it took me a week to muster up the strength to go pick them up. I expected a plastic bag in a cardboard box... It's a beautiful wooden box with a flower design, and a sliding base, with a certification seal verifying that the remains contained are of my baby. Along with a very lovely sympathy card. Everything was nicely done, with the utmost respect. While I hope I never have need of their services again, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment.
