"My husband took our Chihuahua for a full service grooming as well as a wellness exam here today and had a great experience! Our dog came out smelling squeaky clean and they did a great job trimming his nails too! I always get worried with how scared he gets having his nails trimmed that something may go wrong due to no fault of the person trimming his nails but clearly they know what they're doing and it puts us at ease with how great they did today. The Vet was also very kind and provided exceptional caring service for our fur baby. We plan on taking him to this location from here on out!"

"We finally made it in for our dog's annual vaccines today at the new VetCo location and the care was exactly the same! More space and conveniences, like ordering something we needed from PetCo for store pick-up and grabbing it right after the vet visit on our way out. We've been with Whole Pet for many years and really appreciate the team's approach to vet care. Our dog is always in good spirits after her visits, even after she's had to have blood drawn or vaccines. I love that I can stay with our dog for the entire visit. The vet techs are patient and kind with her throughout the visit. Dr. DeMarco is also super calm and clear in her communication with our dog, which helps our dog feel safe and focused. I always call ahead to confirm the coast is clear for us to walk-in because our girl is dog reactive, and the front desk receptionists are always very understanding. They put us in a room right away which helps a ton. The rooms could use some ambient sound or music to help ease some dog stress when waiting. Our girl became a bit anxious listening to all the interesting sounds outside the room we were in, and anticipating the door opening. I didn't think about playing some sounds on my phone but that could've helped (I hummed some Zelda music for her instead, lol). I kept her leashed to make sure she didn't try to go exploring this fun, new place without me, too. We also enjoyed sitting on the comfy bench together. Everything was smooth sailing after the wait. Best care, genuine love for our pet, and thoughtful answers to questions. Payment was super easy. We are grateful for the Whole Pet/VetCo team! Congrats on the new location."
