"Would not recommend. Worked with one of their CPAs for a short period of time, and experienced him to be overworked and unresponsive. For our first meeting, he never showed up, and once we were finally established, it took me several emails to get him to respond to my request to sign up with my quickbooks account. Fast forward several months and I'm planning to do my taxes, turns out the guy doesn't work there anymore, I never received this info and when I ask to work with another CPA they tell me "We are at full capacity for the filing of 2022 tax returns and cannot make any exceptions. We also do not have any referrals as other tax firms are also at full capacity." What horrible service!"

"WORST! They take forever to get back to you. Extremely hard to get a hold of/reply back from. I recently moved over here from California and was looking for a new CPA. I can't believe I pay $300 to owe more in taxes (I sat down with them and talked about how I can decrease the amount I owe in taxes and she wouldn't explain very well about what I should put on my W4 form so I ended up owing 2x more this year). Not only that, my CPA would give me false promises about when they would get my taxes done and I wouldn't hear a reply back until ~1-2 weeks later. Its not that hard to check your email and reply back to your customers. I am never going back. They lack reliability, communication, customer service and inability to meet deadlines. Makes me wonder if my taxes were done right in the first place."
