"I had a very bad experience with H&R Block filing my return this year. I will definitely not avail their services in future, nor will i recommend it to any friend or family member. It looks like H&R Block has to do a lot to catch up and train its staff to move on to online tax filing system. I was being dealt with two case officers as I had applied for online filing this time. The problem was those two officers were not in communication with each other. As a result, I was dealing with two case officers. They would not answer my questions as to why i am dealing with two different people from the same company. None would respond. Then one officer said my returns were ready for review and submission, which i did and received emails confirming that my returns were accepted by Indiana and IRS. Then I received a message from the other officer asking why I have not reviewed and submitted the return yet!!!! When I called the numbers and explained my predicament to person on the other side, that gentleman confessed to not being able to help me as he did not know how online filing worked. Most interestingly, according to return that i filed, i am get 6k in return, while the other pending will give me nothing in return."
