"I had an amazing experience here, every nurse and staff member was friendly, engaging and highly professional. They also made sure I had all the applesauce and jello I could ever want."
"To start off, the nurses were helpful in providing information about getting the covd test before my surgery. After that, I received calls with misinformation about my copay and check in time. After the surgery, I was told I would be wheeled to the pharmacy to get my prescription then to the car. When the post op nurse came to wheel me out she said they don't wheel people to the pharmacy because it takes too much time and they have a lot of patients. She said my daughter is taking care of my prescription. I asked how she is paying for it. She said she didn't know. My daughter ended up paying for it amd the nurse never said good bye when she left. When they called the next day to check on me, the nuse didn't tell me when I can take the bandage off. I called back and the nurse who took the call said she'll call me when she finds my chart. She said my doctor should have told me when he called me. My daughter told me that the nurse said after my surgery that they would tell me when they called the next day. . So that nurse was passing the buck. Also, it should have been written in the discharge notes. That place can't keep their information straight. The doctors, pre-op, and the first post op nurses were great. The rest - business office and the last nurse encounter I wasn't impressed with."
