"WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE . Dr. cong chu is a quack. He over prescribed Prednisone and medications for over 2 years to the point I'm permanently disabled with osteoporosis, cataracts, and permanent adrenal glands damage and in constant pain due to over use of steroids. This Dr supposedly resigned when I filed a complaint with OHSU and is now practicing medicine again!!!! Shame on you OHSU for not protecting your patients and for letting doctors mistreat and mis medicate patients. Not a good hospital. Stay away. Go to Providence or legacy otherwise you could end up like me. Sick and in pain for almost 3 years with no diagnosis or explanation of my symptoms or test results. Doctors spend very little time talking to patients or take the time to listen and refuse to look outside the box. They over prescribe medications that cause horrible side effects without a diagnosis or reason. Horrible experience. They will only make you worse and not help you at all leaving you suffering in pain and dying."

"The front desk here has always been helpful and polite. Over the years a couple of the staff have recognized me and greet me by name. Dr Deodhar is professional and personal, making small jokes. Shares about their own self when asked. Always responds to questions in a timely manner. Everyone from the research team that I have met has been great, with Rosy and Kim being the two I interact with the most. They expedite as much of the process as they can and are always friendly and helpful. I sent a friend of mine struggling with unanswered questions about their health (knowing they needed a rheumatologist). I sent them here and they have been so grateful for their help here as well. This place has literally saved my life and greatly improved my quality of life. Highly recommend this location for any and all people who need this type of speciality."

"I was referred to this clinic after I got a positive ANA direct test. They requested a Titer and it was negative so they denied me. I’ve had symptoms for over 6 years. Painful ones. I get the malar rash occasionally. I literally have all the symptoms of someone with SLE and they didn’t even want to see me. To my understanding ANA antibodies go up and down all the time. Even my physician told me just because it’s negative doesn’t mean I don’t have it. I can’t believe I wasted months trying to get into this place. I guess you literally need to be knocking on deaths door and have positive test all around for them to see you. Absolutely ridiculous. What happened to the medical field? What happens to physicians who really tried to find out what is wrong with you? I just can’t believe this."

"I have been referred here twice by two different doctors, my ANA and Titre has shown positive results for three years now, and I have been denied twice for “not being sick enough.” It’s almost impossible to get on the phone with someone. The lady I spoke with was incredible rude, interrupted me, and hung up on me. There was one different worker along with their supervisor who were very helpful, other than that I’ve had a terrible experience and will be seeing a different rheumatology clinic."
