"This really and truly works!! I have struggled with snoring for many years. My partner has also struggled with my snoring and has had to wear ear plugs and be woken up and wake me up to turn over. I would also wake myself up. In other words I never had a good sleep nor did my partner. I googled a number of different "solutions' and finally settled on Good Morning Snore Solution. When reading about how it worked, it made sense to me as I understood that I was a tongue snorer. I ordered my first one over 6 years ago and have happily worn one ever since. My partner couldn't be happier. It does take a bit to get used to initially, but don't give up on it because after that you don't even notice it's there. The double benefit is that I also needed toward a mouth guard as I clench my teeth at night. Now I only wear my Good Morning Snore Solution and it does double duty. I am so very grateful for this wonderful product. It definitely saved my sleep and my marriage!"
"Didn't work for me and I don't recommend trying this product. Here are two things to be aware of before ordering: #1) Your teeth rest (or in my case) bite down on your tongue. This was very uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep at all with it in. So I don't know if it works for snoring or not. #2) If the device doesn't work you will still have to pay shipping charges on the original shipment and on the return. I highly recommend trying other products/companies (there are a ton on the market - just search Google) that offer free shipping. Everyone's different and what works for some may not work for you. Searching for the right device may be a lot of trial and error for most of us (this was my 3rd device try). I'm not giving up though and I hope you don't either. Good luck!"
"This product changed my life, don't get tired in the middle of the day any more. Took a little while to get used to it but so worth it. Last so much longer than most mouth guards. Just got my mother one."
"I have been using my Good Morning Snore Solution device for over 8 months and have been extremely pleased. I highly recommend it to help control your snoring."
"So I've been using this every night for around a week. It's actually made my sleep worse. Here's why. I have had sleep apnea my entire life. Had almost every surgery you can get and tried CPAP. I was diagnosed at 25 at 6 foot, 185 pounds. I'm now 35. First night I couldn't sleep with it. Just awkward having my tongue stuck out of my mouth and can't close my lips. But it does say on the site it can take a lil bit to get used to. Second night I fell asleep with my CPAP just to try it. The pressure of the mask seal pushed against the tongue stabilizer. Uncomfortable. Nope. 3rd night I tried sleeping on my side. Nope, I drooled everywhere and took it out of my mouth in the middle of the night. 4th night I tried on my back. Nope. I woke up with it and took it out, almost in my sleep. I do remember doing it. 5th and 6th nights I wore it, but same results. Same tiredness. Took it out in my sleep. Last night I wore it on my back again, but I woke up feeling worse. My tongue I guess fell out of it in my sleep. I had it in my mouth but my tongue was not in it. I sleep my worst on my back so it wasn't a good night in general. I got an email for a review so here I am. Product hasn't helped me at all, but I do have a rare form of sleep apnea. It's hard to treat mine. Will update if things change. Gonna wear it another week."
