"First off I think its important to share that the staff here is wonderful and super helpful. I have been going here since 2019 and have been seeing Jennie Peterson. During my time seeing Jennie she has always been kind. But I recently had a very frustrating experience with her which has caused me to terminate my care with her in order to search out a new provider. We had meetings every three months to assess how my medication was working and in my most recent meeting I requested a refill of a medication which she agreed to filling. It was never filled so I called in to find out why and was told that I would need to have another meeting with Jennie if I wanted this prescription filled. This was very frustrating as I had to pay a large sum just for my original appointment last month and discussion on this refill wasn't properly documented on her end. Mental health is a sensitive topic that requires trust between the patient and their doctor and my trust here has been broken leading me to have to go elsewhere for care. Im sad to have to leave this review but want others to be aware so they can avoid a situation like I experienced."

"DeeAnn and Dr. Westin are amazing! DeeAnn went above and beyond by going to two different pharmacies to see if they had my medication and this was after numerous calls with customer support from the same pharmacies. She is so kind and amazing. Ginny Westin and DeAnn both worked after hours to help me and on the night before thanksgiving. I’ve had incredible experiences with all the staff at the center of excellence and I truly cannot thank them enough."
