"I was billed incorrectly. First time visit to establish care and i was billed for a diagnosis. I do not recommend this place. They refuse to fix billing code. I recommend to find care somewhere else. I should have read the reviews before try to establish care here."
"Greenfield Health has undergone change. There’s no fee to join and if you need to see a specialist, you will get referred. Dr Noble is tremendous. She listens and converses with me to help me explain better any issues I have. I left Greenfield in the past but I’m so glad I came back after their new approach."
"Surprise billing and poor service alert! Will accept you as a client and reassure you that you are covered (this is after I did my own due diligence). They ended up sending my very basic labs (blood and annual pap) to out of network clinics without notifying me and I ultimately got stuck paying $150 for healthcare that would've been covered otherwise. Also, I had to get multiple blood tests because they originally lost my first blood panel and bruised my arm by blowing out a vein. I never post on these things but I have never been treated so carelessly in all my life.. I work in healthcare as well, this clinic needs to do better by their patients because it's evident that they are just cutting corners. It's a shame because I will never recommend them as a fellow provider or to anyone within my circle."
"A totally unprofessional experience today. Shameful! They exhibited no hint of caring about the patient and exhibited very little medical expertise. I was seen by an NP, not a physician. Her incorrect sphygmomanometer (BP cuff ) placement showed a BP of more than 200/90, yet no physician came in. There was also no follow-up BP check at the conclusion of the visit. Then cancer was diagnosed--despite no previous history and no tests. I was ordered to see a dermatologist. The NP left the exam room, returning to say that no dermatologist would be available to see me for 3 years! But, I should come back for a recheck in a few weeks. She next called in an Rx, to an Rx service we don't use! The whole experience was frightening, frustration, and I can't help but questionable the medical ethics involved. When I tried to reach them by phone almost immediately after, I was unable to get through. Despite trying three different extensions, and spending 10 minutes trying, I could not get through to speak with anyone. This used to be a 5 star practice. So sad! (This is posted for my friend, who was afraid to post because of possible retribution--did not want to lose Rx refills.)"
"I’ve been a patient here since 2019 and I can honestly say the level of care I’ve received over the last 6 months has went down hill substantially. The last two times I’ve called to try and get a prescription refilled or make an appointment I’ve been asked if I was a new patient and was told I haven’t been to the office for a long time, which wasn’t the case at all, it has only been about 4 months. When I asked what the status of my prescription approval was (the pharmacy tried calling and getting approval for this script several times with no luck at all) so I took upon myself to figure out what was happening, the receptionist I spoke with told me it should be approved that day by my provider, the script was never approved and Its been about 2 months. The last time I called to make an appointment i was told once again, that I hadn’t been there in a while and I had to explain it had only been about 4 months since I was there for my annual physical. I was finally able to get an appointment on 8/29/23. I came into the office on 8/29/2023 and I didn’t recognize a single person on staff. The receptionist seemed like she was inconvenienced by having to help anyone. I was asked if I was a new patient and she was not warm or welcoming. The provider I saw was brand new and seemed overwhelmed. I had to wait for another provider to come in and check in with me and make sure that the plan my provider had for me was something I felt good about and if I had any questions. I didn’t have any issue with the plan and told him that. After I saw that Dr. I didn’t see the provider that was assigned to me to go over if my scripts would be sent to the pharmacy or if I had any other questions. I was handed an aftercare summary which had no information of any of the issues I brought up at my visit. I asked the medical assistant if my script would be sent to the pharmacy or if I was supposed to get the medical equipment I needed from the office. The medical assistant told me the dr would “most likely” send the script to the pharmacy. Needless to say, I wasn’t feeling very good or confident after this visit. I ended up calling again today to see if my script was sent over and the medical assistant told me that nothing was sent and the provider I saw wouldn’t be back in until next week Tuesday since they only work Tuesdays. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated because I may have to wait 6 days just to get a script that should have been sent out already and something I need. The medical assistant said she would try and get this sent out asap, so another provider could get it sent out sooner than Tuesday. Luckily, I was able to get one of the scripts I asked for but nothing on the medical equipment I needed. I decided to try and speak with the office manager after I got off the phone with the medical assistant, because at that point I was pretty much done and wanted to make them aware of the issues I’ve been having over the last several months I’ve been a patient there. At first, the receptionist I spoke with asked if they could take a message, I told her that I’d prefer not to do that and if I could just be transferred to the office managers voicemail so I could just leave a message, I would prefer that. I was placed on hold to see if the office manager was available, she wasn’t so the receptionist offered to transfer me to her voicemail. During the transfer, it rang and then I was hung up on. So, just know I tried. The turnover at this office is very telling. I won’t be coming back that’s for sure. Don’t waste your time, find a practice that will actually show you the level of care you deserve."
