"Annual physical check as a new patient costs $550? High way robbery. I would say many scams are better than this. I checked with the hospital before going and confirmed insurance will cover all but I was shocked when I saw the bill. The PA literally did nothing just did little talking (and most things I know) and charged me $550? I would rather pay scammers this amount as they seem more sincere and caring. Steer away, don't ever bother dealing with this hospital. Update: code review did nothing, still charging $550 for nothing at all, waste of my time. This is a totally corrupted place, DONT EVER COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. I'll find a regulator to file a formal complaint"
"Saw PA Morgan Cunningham. She was extremely off-putting to the point that I don’t want to return to this clinic at all. First thing she did was hand a note I had written of questions I wanted to ask (that I had left folded on the exam table) to me and say she didn’t have time for that. I understand there may be an agenda in an initial appointment that needs to be followed but there might be a kinder and more professional way to get that across. I also felt as though I was being talked down to and that she viewed the “Dr.” -patient relationship as the patient is the subordinate which is certainly not the type of medical relationship I am looking for. She put several things in her notes that were untrue for example discussing the importance of hydration (which she absolutely did not mention) and also stated that I told her I was falling asleep at work which is absolutely not what I said. I said I could fall asleep sitting up but that doesn’t mean I’m at work. I don’t know if this is inattention to detail on her part (not surprising because she did 99%of the talking and didn’t seem truly interested in me at all) or flat out falsifying medical records intentionally. Either way it was a truly bad experience for me and there’s no way I would return to this clinic."
"Good to know that Providence hires PA's that have lost their medical license, prescribed me a deadly dose of medicine that I am now sick from. The clinic he was working at was shut down, none of his patients were informed of this. It's good to know where he is located, so I can now have him served! See you in court!"
"They deserve zero star. Horrible place. Billed me for Annual health check as an office visit. My insurance covers 100% for wellness check. But they were reluctant to bill accordingly. Before my appointment, I made sure that it will be a routine physical check only. Now I need to pay for my annual health check out of pocket just for a PA (Physician Assistant) visit. Disgusting Please avoid this place."
"I’m Trevor, I was in the hospital overnight here. They have a lost and found department. I lost a brown wallet in my room which we noticed and immediately called to ask them for it. Got said department. Gave them the info no big deal, they probably just hadn’t cleaned out the room yet. But! they said they will call us as soon as it is, so we are good. We are trusting people. 5 hours go by. call back because I’m finally ‘sure’ they’ve cleaned out the room. It’s a voicemail. Left my name and number again. Got this message an hour later via email which I didn’t even leave on the phone but cool, and has these details which is a full twelve hours before it was lost: Item Details Reference: ****** Wallet/Purse Color brown Material leather Brand Style Contents cards with the name Trevor Pryor Other Details Wallet is brown with many cards with the name Trevor Pryor on it. Lost on 12/12/2022 at 2:00am in Providence St. Vincent Medical Center Kind regards,Lost Property Team at Providence Health & Services so now I’m sitting here at 1 a.m. trying to replace a lost government ID. It can absolutely not be replicated. I need a police report. And I have to replace my FedEx work IDs still, and I have a 6:30 appointment to be at a walk in ID appointment with the DMV. And I have work tomorrow and it’s busy season. Not cool hospital. Least my finances are 1 click away so cards are good. Money left in the wallet, not so much. P.s. I will say I think Providence contracts this service out, but y’all chose to hire them, that ain’t my fault."
