"UPDATE: WE ARE STILL TRYING TO FIX OUR TAXES FROM WHAT THIS OFFICE DID TO US. WE NOW HAVE TO GO TO THE IRS BUILDING.... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE JUST RUN....... Our 1st time here was not impressed. Will not name anyone as some were pleasant to deal with, but overall, it was a frustrating experience. 2 months to complete our taxes, extensions filed without asking us. Repeatedly asking for the same info multiple times when it had already been sent in emails and given during visits. Absolutely no communication or question answered when we asked WHY. IRS is sending us letters in the mail adjusting or taxes to make us pay more. And if you are like us and like things organized then you won't be able to look in any of these offices because there are files just all over the place stacked with no real place or sence of security with people's personal tax information just thrown all over the place... I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a tax preparer."

"Someone said they didn't wear masks. 5 stars. Masks don't do anything and have been proven to be harmful to wear for extended periods of time and especially harmful to children. I've never been here but I'd be willing to come down and give them my business now."

"I do NOT recommend tax solutions to anyone. This was the first year that I decided to have someone else do my taxes, as I usually do them myself. When we were called back the tax consultant “Linda” did not have a face mask on. We told her that we decided to have someone else file for us this year since we had extra forms that we needed to add and I didn’t feel comfortable. She said, “well then why do you need me to file for you, it should be pretty easy to do them yourself again”. I told her again why we had decided to go ahead with them, she agreed. (Without a mask) we were there about 10 minutes where then she said she would call us when we can file electronically. She didn’t discuss pricing or any other information as we were first time clients. We left, and I decided to call the next day and discuss prices. She said it would be $145 to file with them and stated it was our responsibility to ask about prices not hers. I agree to an extent, but as first time clients it’s proper customer service to discuss when at your appointment. I let her know that this should of been included in our visit as this is courtesy to a new client and she did not agree. I told her I was distracted by the fact she did not have a mask on through our whole visit and we barely spoke, it was as if she was annoyed we were even there. I decided to opt out and pick up my forms. Horrible customer service. No one in that office wears masks, poor communication, and old systems. Save yourself the trouble."
