"We had to go through this company to use our insurance for a pipe leak and will never again use Happy's Plumbing. Firstly, two men showed up in an unmarked van with no indication of who they were and did not announce themselves before walking into my home. I was the only one home at the time and felt immensely unsettled by their way of entrance and the lack of warmth or customer service. After the inspection they closed my claim, determining there was no water damage although there were clear signs of damage in the ceiling. Upon a second review, the plumber found the source of the leak, but stated that he was unable to repair the leak due to its placement. He left and I did not hear from the company again after that. Please find someone else to repair your home and consider paying out of pocket for a better company that will make you feel safe and cared for throughout the project."

"Fantastic company, I have First American as a warranty company. The first company that was chosen couldn't get out for 2 weeks for my hot water heater. I called back complaining First American then assigned me to Happy's Plumbing Inc. They came out the same day and replaced my hot water heater. Easton was the plumber. I can't say enough good things about what a nice guy Easton is. He's caring, thoughtful, very neat. He explained how to use the new hot water heater showed me how to light the pilot light. He cleaned up everything. He is a professional and a really nice guy. I'm so happy I went through this company. The office staff was really nice to work with too. Happy Holidays!! Thank you !"

"Contracted through fidelity. Plumber came over and refused to replace parts that kept breaking. Falsely informed me that Fidelity wouldn't approve the replacement. Called and asked Fidelity, They said otherwise. Plumber made false statement to Fidelity in return to not replace part. If you look at their history of complaints on here you can tell they're in the wrong business."

"Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult. They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty. I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused."

"So happy we discovered Happy Plumbing. Leslie is the one you will be lucky to get on the phone when you call. Can’t say I’ve experienced a more personable and caring problem solver like her in years. The crews she sends out are always on time and incredibly friendly and courteous. And to show how classy they are, when they couldn’t easily replace our worn-out specialty water heater, they didn’t try to upsell us. Instead Leslie recommended another plumber without hesitation who she said was the best in Portland at tricky water heater installations. That kind of honesty and integrity is true care that customers like me never forget."
