"I unfortunately had to put my beloved pet to sleep and this was the only place that accepted me and allowed me to be present during the process. They not only provided amazing care they also provided emotional support during these hard times. They were gentle with my dog and they made sure he was comfortable during his last moments. After the painful procedure was done they gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes. Although I was in alot of pain and not talking very much they understood and still sent me a very emotional support letter in the mail days after. They also made sure to keep track of my dog and that I got back the right pet from cremation. They were accurate on the wait days for my dog to be returned to me and called as soon as they received him for me to pick up. I wish I would have known about them alot sooner. If I had I would have chosen them as my dogs clinic. I absolutely recommend them and give them 10+ stars. Thank you Silver creek clinic for all your support God bless you!"
