"While selling my home, inspections showed tree roots in the sewer line (bad). The Sygnet team quoted a reasonable cost for repair, but before they dug up the sidewalk, they vacuumed out the roots, and found the problem was under the street (city responsibility). They invoiced me for substantially under quoted cost, and got the city to cancel the permit and agree to needed repairs. Sygnet's willingness to do the research and work with the city engineer saved me money and allowed us to close the sale faster. I appreciate the honesty and integrity that Sygnet showed.
