Reviews
"I tried to contact them for a quote via the email on their website on several occasions but got no response. Update: 4 stars from 1 star. Changed rating to 4 stars as they got in touch with me, after I reviewed them here. I have taken my equipment to another company in the interim. If I end up doing business with them in the future I'll update this review."
"Very busy store so super understandable why they took a few weeks to service my Honda 21” mower. Fixed the problem and it’s like nothings wrong now. The mower propels like it’s supposed to now So I’m happy."
"Awesome local company!!! Went in for a repair on an old weed wacker, and wound up getting all new equipment as well as fantastic assistance on getting the right tools for my lot clearing job. Outstanding customer service, and superior technical knowledge. I’ll buy all my equipment, as well as do all my repair work here. You will get much better service and knowledge at NW Small Engine Repair than Home Depot or Lowe’s!"
"Came in and got my pressure washer serviced. Only issue was gasket had a small oil leak. Charged closed to $200 for fix. Should have learned my lesson. But was told my pump was broken (which it was). I asked if they had a used pumpi could but since i had already paid a steep price to fix the leak i didn't want to spend much more. Bad idea. They sold me a Used pump for $80 and said it would fit for sure. We'll it didn't. You're better off buying a new pressure washer or lawn mower then going to this place."
"Super friendly and reliable. Will always recommend them to people. Family owned and run too."
