"Five Star Disaster has definitely earned the Five Star of it's name sake. We own an old home and have had three different disasters in our home unfortunately. We have used Five Star for all three. The reason being is that they make it easy from mitigation, repair, clean up, and insurance. Five Star crew is top notch in what they do. Everyone was courteous, respectful, and were there to answer questions and to put our mind at ease. They made it an efficient process with quality work. After months of work being done and so much confusion and misunderstandings Vince Cannone reached out to help me with this stressful experience. He came to me and listened to my concerns. They were very prompt in scheduling time to come assess the damage from a bathtub leak and immediately set up mitigation efforts, minimizing damage to our beloved house.
