"Annette Sarinen is the worst. She told me to not pay my tax debt. And that she would fix it 3 years later I owe 30 thousand and have to make monthly payments she doesn’t do anything and takes your money. Run away from her please be careful. She forgets and argues with you."

"Annette- Zero communication, unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Annette is not well versed in tax prep of any complexity. Her tax prep would have triggered an unnecessary (confirmed by outside CPA) taxable event in excess of $120,000 but apparently she didn’t care, as she would not even respond to my repeated calls and emails. She and her team make it a habit to not reply to emails and phone messages. Her staff will not answer any questions, nor will they transfer your call. They take a message which never gets a reply. Look elsewhere for you tax prep needs."

"Had a disastrous experience here. First they had to final an extension even though I gave them plenty of time which I've never had to do before. Even after that, they took months to finish my return. Second, they made mistakes and expected me to pay to correct it. Third, they're expensive even after their so called discounts. Maybe my preparer, Sherry Olsen wasn't the right person to get after reading all the positive reviews on here. She also could be rude at times too. Also had issues with communication as well as a previous review said with emails. I specifically asked if emails were a good way to communicate and often didn’t receive a reply. Never again! They also charge you for copies of your taxes electronic or otherwise!"
