"From my initial call to Sunset with Emily to schedule service to the day of arrival, the communication was clear, helpful, and informative. I was very happy to have had Jamie here to diagnose, and explain that our 15 yo furnace exhaust system had unfortunately failed, that it wasn’t running safely, and really needed to be upgraded. He helped me choose a new furnace, and arranged for it to be installed promptly the next day. He is knowledgeable, experienced with the equipment he services, and has a wonderful personalty for interacting with his customers.
