"Frank does an excellent job and provides fair prices and honest service. We have had to call Frank multiple times in the decade we have lived in our current residence, and each time someone has called us back right away (no delay - including once or twice when it was last-minute and/or emergency/after-hours), and we have been very satisfied with a "job well done". He also went above-and-beyond replacing our water heater recently to answer my many detailed questions (although I probably distracted him from the job, he did an excellent job explaining everything!). I recommend Mr. Blair to my family and friends. Thank you, Frank!"
"Frank was recommended by older brother and we had a water leak issue in our parking lot. He did an excellent job at fixing our leak and made sure the main valve was fixed. I also used Frank when we had an issue with a toilet that was backed up and needed repair and he was there and fixed that issue. If you have any plumbing issues, we highly recommend Frank as he is fast and thorough and will get the job done right."
"Their services were provided through my American Home Shield Warranty for my daughter's unit. The two men were professional and did a good job (Oct 7). They worked well together and the project did not take as long as they had stated (repairing cast iron pipe leak). They communicated what they would be doing, cleaned up after themselves and made sure we didn't need anything else resolved before they left. We appreciated their professionalism, communication and follow through."
"I went thru American Home Shield and the plumber that Professional Plumbing service was very unprofessional. Came to my home 3 times, had a feeling he was just trying to get more money for each visit. He came out the 1st time to fix 2 toilets and shower faucet he said he had fixed one at the 1st but he did not. The 2nd toilet he said needed to be replaced because the type of the mechanism could not be replace. My home was built 15 years ago, a standard builders' toilet was used. Second time he came out he fixed the 1st toilet and said he needed to order parts for the shower and order a new toilet. He showed up the 3rd time and began to install the new toilet which was the wrong shape. The box that the toilet came in was damaged, dirty and oily; it was not a new toilet. He tried to convince me that the this toilet was the best on the market, which was a flat out lie. He was trying to take advantage of me as well as milking money for the insurance company. I told him he was supposed to replace with a like toilet meaning the correct shape and he said that the shower faucet needed to be replaced; he was going to go thru the drywall to do so, which I understood but with the toilet issue I told him no. How could I trust this awful person to be telling me the truth about the shower faucet. I asked him to remove the toilet he was trying to install and put the old one back in. I contacted American Home Shield and they said the plumber had stated the job was complete and the toilet had been installed and shower fixed! As of today I do not have a working toilet or shower. AHS has agreed to cash me out and I will hire a more reputable plumber. As of today I do not have a working toilet and shower The plumber was awful and, on another note, it was very difficult to get someone to answer the phone at Professional Plumbing."
"They replaced my gas hot water heater, no problem with the work. The heater was fully covered by American Home Shield after a $125 deductible. However, after the work was all done, I was told that some of the work wasn't covered. Aren't you supposed to get an estimate of costs before repairs are done? To me that seems like the professional thing to do, it might even be required, don't know. Anyway, since I hadn't been aware of any extra charge, they said not to worry about it. Then the next week, they tell me I owe them $184! I have a camera in the garage, and so I went and review the footage; the work they say they are charging me for took them all of about 30-45 minutes! If they had informed me of these extra charges before the work, I would have told them that I would perform those non covered tasks. I feel like I've been taken advantage of, and being as I'm elderly, maybe I should complain to the state."
