"It is incredibly frustrating that no one answers the phone at this location. I've been trying to change my appt all week, too, a different time slot. I've been here before. The people are great! However, nobody answers the office phone, and then when it directs you to an outside H&R Block source to talk to someone..no one answers. Some people do not have access to go online."

"Called and chose an online appt. Got a text about scanning everything for my "15 minute assessment" Called a scheduled an appointment for Saturday. 4-9-22 @3pm....they cancelled my appointment, said no more appts until after 4-18. The sign on the door said walk it's welcome. The appointment maker was in Atlanta, Georgia....I went across the parking lot to another H&R, got everything done....I was lucky. The receptionist was overwhelmed and even though I called the local #, Georgia answered....poor communication issues."
