"I dropped my paperwork off and they told me it was going to be taken care of. I called multiple times to follow up and each time they said it was being taken care of. After 3 weeks of waiting and very close to the deadline they called and said they wouldnt be able to do my taxes after all.This is unacceptable. Will never do business here again. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible company. Go elsewhere."

"That advertise a price of $80, it ended up being 400+ dollars to get my taxes done. They say no surprises but I was pretty surprised and was not informed it would be 400 before I did them. Not only that but this year we went H&R Block again and the guy said the tax pro who did it last year (which was at H&R Block) messed it up. So now it has to be amended and they said they would cover fee’s and penalties. That’s about it. We also have to pay this new guy 600+ dollars instead of 400 to do our taxes. I have been using this company almost 10 years, but I probably won’t anymore. My parents went with a different CPA and they are only spending 300 dollars to get there taxes done and they have more complicated stuff then I do. If anyone would like to pay 400+ dollars and get there taxes messed up……. Come to H&R Block"
