ROI has a secure database I can upload everything to and they provide a very easy checklist each year so I know what documents they need to prepare my returns. We use them for our business and personal returns. Very happy with their service!"

I could go into all of the details about deadlines missed, no communication for weeks on end, and fines received because of their incompetence but I will just leave you with this….. I regret giving this company a chance. I was patient and kind throughout the entire process and it got me nowhere. I am now very close with the Oregon Revenue Department. They have been way more helpful that ROI ever was."

"I would rate zero stars if possible. We decided to use a professional service rather than filing ourselves because we sold prior homes and wanted to make sure it was done properly. We turned in documents 3 weeks prior to taxes being due and had a few other things we sent in 3 days later. We were not told they were behind or given an estimate to file. The week prior to takes being due I asked about filing an extension and how much we would need to pay to avoid late fees. They didn't tell me what we needed to pay and took almost a month to let us know the extension was filed. It took them three months to file our taxes. We had to pay their $450 filing fee and almost $900 in late fees entirely due to their incompetence. Do not use these nightmare people."
