"This is a new house for us. Heating and Cooling system has Barnes name on it. Having trouble with the cooling system but they can't help because their booked up, so I tried to get some history info on the system such as the age. Was told they don't have any info. None?? Because it seemed odd, I cordially tried to question it further to make sure the woman understood that all I wanted was the age of the system. I was told I had an attitude and that she was hanging up. Very strange way to communicate with a customer."

"Installed a unit at our home and they don’t stand by their work, passing all costs onto the customer. This must be part of their business model. They claim “unmatched warranty on parts and labor” but that’s not true when the unit has issues within a year from install and they are called for help. I am not an expert on HVAC systems so I reached out to another company in the area that found the leak, fixed the leak, and we’ve had no problems since. Exhaust all options in the area before choosing this company’s business."
