"Dropped a cylinder off to get resealed. Was told it would be about a week before they could get to it. It's now been 2 weeks and when I called they claimed the man who works on them comes in early and leaves early so they had no idea where my cylinder is located. I will give it a day and then my rating will either go up where it should be or drop. I bumped it up being able to get my part the next day. Unfortunately, it had been sitting there for a bit before I called in. They did a great job though."
