"Extremely unorganized. They cancel appointments multiple times and can’t figure out how to do a virtual appointment. The receptionist Tayna is so nonchalant about mistakes made on their end causing inconvenience it’s insulting. Her excuse being that she just schedules appointments. I told her I didn’t have time to wait 30-49 mins for the tax lady to figure out how to do a video and she puts me on hold. Ironic but I will never go to this location."

"This tax year, I tried H&R in Forest Grove. Initially, the receptionist was very nice and helpful, I uploaded my documents as requested, then also went into the office so that hard copies could also be made. I requested the Tax specialist to call me for exta information and that I had questions too. No contact was made by Carolyn Sloan. No call or e mail. As the tax deadline approached I called the office to see what my eta was. After 20 min on hold, I was disconnected. I called back 4 days in a row leaving messages, and was never given a call back. Today after work I hurried in to ask in person. My taxes had not been started and no extension was filed on my behalf."

I appreciate her very much on her service she provided with making everything easy for me with doing my taxes! I also would like to say thank you to Alexis at the front desk! She was very kind & welcoming towards all customers inside and on the phone! She showed excellent patience, knowledge and able to multi task like you wouldn’t believe! These two ladies among other staff is why H&R Block is so highly thought off when it comes to people’s taxes! Thank you"
