"What a wonderful experience. I mean its just carpet cleaning so its not like i expected some 5 star spa treatment like service but ill be damned thats exactly what i got. Great customer service, attention to detail (pointed out stuff i never even considered part of carpet cleaning), and my carpets look fantastic (10 years old with only 2 cleanings that i did myself with a cleaner from costco) but they havent looked like this since i had the carpet installed.
