"I will never go back to this store. I needed help winding a spool of a non-Stihl brand weed wacker. I asked them if they would please help me wind the spool, as I just wasn't winding it correctly. They said they didn't know how to wind the spool of that brand. I pleaded, plz give me some tips of what I was doing wrong. They refused. I've purchased weed wackers, chainsaws and supplies for these items and had those items have a spring time tune up service w/ this store. I will drive to Coos bay for any future purchases or service of Stihl products. They could have been a little helpful but they refused."
