"I tried to purchase a part from them ( condensate pump) in order to fix my heating issues. The lady at the front desk was short with me, snooty, and had a better than you attitude. This is a part that can be picked up from lowes or home depot but do to small town local hardware store didn't have."

"Pacific Air Comfort partnered with the Energy Trust of Oregon and I got a SCREAMING deal on a ductless heat/ac unit. 20 year warranty and SO much more efficient than my baseboard heat. The heat distributes evenly through my entire house (to my dismay). I have a three bedroom/1 bath just under 1000 sq ft and it does the trick. It cut my power bill in half from my winter bill last year. Dave Boom was my tech and I liked him a lot. Went over my paperwork quickly and answered any questions I had. They were quick, friendly and fixed the issues I had (they didn't seal up a vent under my house and some mice moved in... I called them and they paid to have an exterminator come to my house for 30 days free of charge!) It may have sucked to have mice in the house for a while but they did a great job fixing my issue. The unit is so quiet and it's not that big. Barely even notice it. So much quieter than my neighbors big HVAC."

"December 2019: I had a new furnace installed by Pacific Air Comfort out of Coquille, OR. Originally I requested an electric heat pump replacement and when Amber came out to sell me the furnace she informed me about a program through Northwest Natural Gas (NWN). Through this program, I could have gas installed in my home at no charge and NWN would rebate me $1300 towards the cost of a new gas furnace! Amber was informative, professional and helpful throughout the process. The install guys were great! They were efficient & courteous. They cleaned up their mess and were on time. I had a couple changes I wanted after the install and the crew manager was right on it! He was very patient and attentive. He personally came out to over see and make sure I was satisfied. Amber returned at the end of the job to go over all paperwork and the install process. At all times, the services was professional and thorough. I got one other quote from another business and while the price was competitive, the other business was not professional and not helpful in the bidding process. I would recommend Pacific Air Comfort and will use them again when I am ready to install my gas appliances. Thank you. Shirley"

"We had such a wonderful experience with all the folks at Pacific Air. The bid was fair the timing was workable and the service was without a doubt first class. We had to put in a whole new gas heating system where there had never been any gas before. But because of a loophole we got natural gas ran to our house at a very reasonable price. And Amber from Pacific air handled most all of the details to get that job done. And Brandon and Spencer knocked that job out it I believe was record time. These people without a doubt will be the ones I call if I need any heating or cooling issues in the future."
