"We were told when we turned in our iPad that it would take 2 weeks most. That was in January and almost three months ago. They didn’t fix the iPad at all, gave it to us the same way it was before and did not refund the full price which was 460$. They gave us a credit back of 100$. When you offer to fix something and you don’t fix it you don’t deserve the money for the service. Waited 3 months for a return for no result while losing money. Take your business elsewhere I suggest. I suggest probably going straight to the source of Apple and getting the right diagnostics and see if the iPad can actually be fixed before choosing to go here. When we went to pick it up, they told us “when you drop something in water you need to know it’s not gonna work again” why not tell us that when we first walk in. I should’ve known better not to pay full before the work is finished rookie mistake on my side. This business is no good. Please save your money and go to someone that actually cares about helping people. Communicated with me about waiting for one part. Didn’t say anything thing else. Communicated that they were months waiting for a specific part. If you knew it wasn’t gonna work why continue to work? Oh I know to take money from customers. Please take your business elsewhere. This place only wants your money."

"My iphone started to drain battery quickly so I took it to CPR, online scheduling was great. He checked and agreed that a replacement battery was in order. He ordered and replaced in a few days. He was knowledgeable and Apple certified. Very happy with the service. I'd recommend anybody who need phone repairs."

"I returned to CPR about a week later and had a great experience. I had a broken cover over one of the lenses on my iPhone. I had tried to fix it myself, but with very poor results. CPR cell phone repair did a great job fixing my camera glass and photos are better and clearer and they’ve been in years. ——————— Original 1 star Review —————— No call, no show? I’ve been sitting outside of this business for 15 minutes, waiting for them to open. It is now 10 minutes after their scheduled opening and the business is dark with all of their gates shut and barred. Since 10am, I have seen FedEx and a couple of other people walk up to the door try to get in and turn away. I’m hoping this is the result of an irresponsible employee as opposed to a standard business practice. Hopefully, you guys follow up with me so I can come and get my phone fixed otherwise, 1 star for you. It is Oct 16th. The time is 10:12am."
