"Tim & Max helped with a big plumbing problem & came less than an hour after I called them, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to use our kitchen sink until the following week! They worked until the problem was fixed and explained to me how to change the plumbing so that the problem wouldn’t reoccur. They were very clean & neat in their work & actually solved another problem for me before they left. Tim had worked on 2 other plumbing tasks for me in prior years & they are both working well. He came and did what we asked for and even offered to fix something else in the shower under the same hour he was already here for. I would recommend for everyone to use! Very honest and on time! "I really appreciated Tim's no-nonsense approach to getting the job done, from when he arrived to provide an estimate and ran a sewer camera to confirm the location of an existing drain line to the day of the new water and sewer line installation when he brought out a full crew to get the job done quickly and even included removal of tree stumps for me, which was not part of the original job scope. Tim is thorough and has a great work ethic. I highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing work!"
"Max is awesome! He replaced my water heater and improved the temperatures of the water in the house. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on the projects which he was tackling which I greatly appreciated. He answered all my questions and helped me understand what he was doing. He was on time and kept in touch re: his arrival. Max was thorough, efficient and left the working areas tidy. He went above and beyond. His assistant, Briton, was great too. A very good team. This company provided stellar customer service from the person answering the phone until the job was completed. I highly recommend T&M Plumbing."
