"I've been consistently impressed by Rite Aid's pharmacy. They tend to fill prescriptions quickly, more so than other pharmacies I've used. It's easy to request refills online, and they send a text notification when meds are ready. I like that I don't need to call. The hours are also better than many other pharmacies. Most of all, I appreciate the staff. My previous pharmacy gave me issues that likely related to my identity. I've never had any issues whatsoever with Rite Aid. The staff there are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the stress that I had when I went to my previous pharmacy."

"My husband and I ran into Rite Aid to grab one item really quickly on Saturday night after having dinner in the same shopping center, and when we went to check out, we were greeted by the lovely Kathleen. I have to say, I have been in this Rite Aid numerous times before and have never been prompted to write a review because frankly those occasions were just not that memorable… until I met her. Most people today seem like they hate to go to work and despise their jobs. But not Kathleen. She greeted us with a huge smile on her face and proceeded to chat with us while she was ringing up our purchases and was happy and engaging and positively delightful. She even assisted us with getting our free N95 masks that the government is distributing at various locations right now. And I left there laughing and feeling more upbeat than I was before I entered the store, all because of my interaction with this one person. And it wasn’t because of anything profound that she said. It was just her positive attitude and demeanor that I just don’t see very often anymore. And it was very much appreciated. So Management, if you see this review, please know that the Kathleen who was working the front counter on the evening of 2/12 is an absolute gem of a person, and you should definitely commend her for the positive experience that I am sure that she extends to all of your customers on a daily basis. And Kathleen, if you ever see this review, you keep doing you, girl. Because you are perfect just the way you are."

"I’ve always had a positive experience at this Rite Aid. Always a “hello how are you” when walking in. The pharmacists and the woman that works the register are very friendly. She asks how my wife is doing, she treats me like family. Many times there is only 2 pharmacists working and they get VERY busy. At times I’ve had to wait a couple minutes but nothing like the ‘Kroger’ pharmacy in Tualatin. I’ve spent an hour there, easily, there and there usually is 3-4 pharmacists working. This Rite Aid is on top of it. Oh, a reminder for folks, more often than not it’s YOUR DOCTOR that is slow in communicating and the reason for the wait. This pharmacy is ..all good all the time."
