"I had a great experience working with the We Fix It people! First of all, they're located in a store I already use and trust. So they were easy for me to find. Next, I was in a panic with no phone and my carrier, who I would have normally gone to was closed! We Fix It was open! The people I worked with were great. We tried to diagnose what could have been wrong but in the end it was the good eye of one of the employees that caught the little giveaway that led to them finding and fixing the problem! They had the parts and got me fixed up within a couple of hours. No need for panic! And everything has been like new ever since! I will go there first with any other troubles I may have.
